Testing and Calibration Services
OUR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE consists of weight system accuracy check, cleaning and repair of internal and external parts, lubrications, adjustment to manufacturer specifications, calibrations traceable to the National Bureau of Standards. A service sticker provided for each unit will certify calibration giving serial number and emergency phone number.

CARSTAN SCALE USES FULLY TRAINED & QUALIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIANS, with years of both in-shop and in-field maintenance experience.
CARSTAN SCALE PROVIDES SERVICE ON ALL MAKES AND BRANDS OF WEIGHING EQUIPMENT. We use the most modern and advanced tools and equipment with a complete parts inventory (most frequent problem parts are carried by our in-field personnel) to insure the least possible down time.
OUR SERVICE RATES are the lowest in Chicago for a full service scale company.
